Welcome to JD's Precision Detailing! By booking our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

 JD's Precision Detailing provides professional mobile detailing services at the customer’s location. Services may include, but are not limited to: exterior washes, interior detailing, paint protection, headlight restoration, and specialty add-ons.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or approved booking platform.

  • We require accurate details about your vehicle’s condition when scheduling. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle’s condition requires extra time or products.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, etc.].

  • Prices listed on our website are starting rates. Final cost may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or additional requests.

5. Liability & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • While we take great care in handling your vehicle, JD's Precision Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (including scratches, faded paint, rust, tears, stains, or cracks).

  • Certain stains, odors, and blemishes may not be completely removable.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide top-quality service. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue.

7. Weather & Location Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or unsafe conditions.

  • Customers must provide safe, legal, and accessible working space (such as a driveway, parking lot, or approved location).

8. Changes to Terms

JD's Precision Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
